Medical Research has brought confusion about menopause and hot flashes. Years ago It is thought that women taking hormones for menopause symptoms might lead to breast cancer, heart attacks and stroke. But now specialists are thinking differently they say that hormones replacement therapy might not be bad for all women. In fact, it might help some of them. the latest finding says: hormones seem to offer heart benefits for women who start taking them in their 50s.
