Vitamins E and B6 and Peridin-e tablets help reduce the effect. An herbal remedy that may help includes ginseng, black cohosh, wild yam root, dong quai, sage tea and prime rose oil. But the effects of herbal remedies in the case of women who have had breast cancer in not know. So care should be taken in such cases.

For female are the most common side effect of menopause. This could be the source of seemingly endless irritation and suffering for any women. Others women may rely on hormone replacement therapy but others don't. But there are risks associated with hormone replacement therapy. Which is why there are some women are interested in controlling hot flashes through some other means.

First is a healthy diet. Everyone should know that a body tends to function better if it's a healthy one. So a well-rounded healthy diet can help reduce the side effects of menopause. Next is a regular exercise. As it was said a while ago, a good health can help the body to fight against hot flashes.
