According to the recent study, walking regularly can help reduce stress and other psychological symptoms that go along with menopause though the study found that walking wasn’t able to stop hot flashes that often start a few years before menopause but women who are apply such method were much less likely to report overwhelming levels of stress compared to those who do not go walking around 40 to 90 minutes five days a week. Women who are about to reach menopausal period are advice to have a walking period because it will help them to reduce some of the menopause symptoms.
